Having a professional like Ewan Dodds is vital to the health of our portfolio of commercial properties. I would say Ewan is something of an expert at building personal relationships with numerous local businesses and contacts in our town. This naturally feeds into the performance of our portfolio of eighteen leases. Most importantly, I find he has the professional skill and experience to manage those various loyalties in an appropriate and trustworthy way - which is quite an art in my view! Staff at Whybrows also provide solid, useful reports on our leases and their annual buildings inspections which allows us to plan for investment in upgrading our buildings in a timely way.
