Established in 2005 Weale and Hitchen Property Surveyors is run by Rob Gascoigne MRICS. All our professional work is carried out in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors rules and regulations and for your further protection we are a regulated company and members of the Valuers Regulation Scheme http://www.rics.org/uk/.
We offer a wide range of professional services from domestic Energy Performance Certificates up to full and complete development appraisals. Over the years we have established good liaisons with other property professionals, banks and financial institutions. We are fully independent and not linked to any specific lender or estate agency chain. We work solely for you providing the essential information and offer a bespoke service to accommodate your individual requirements. We offer a personal and friendly service and unlike other surveying practices we are happy to talk to you through any queries you may have.
