We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors with over 20 years experience in the management of both residential and commercial property. We are specialists in Residential Property Portfolio Management and Commercial Property Management, covering retail, office and industrial premises. From our offices in Aylesbury our team of property managers, accounts and administration staff offer a hands on service where we are easy to contact and in easy geographical reach of all developments under our management. We also provide a Residential Property Portfolio and Tenancy Management service for landlords who own multiple properties who want a single point of contact in the management of their entire property portfolio. The firm is led by Stewart Lindsay BSc(Hons)MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor whose property background includes working in private practice and for private property investment companies.
