About the Business
Having spent over 10 years working for a major UK consultant, Ed Layton set up Thames Valley Surveyors in 2013 realising an ambition to create a local practice of property and construction consultants with capacity to offer a nationwide service. Ed is a Chartered Building Surveyor who is also dual qualified as a fire risk assessor. Ed has managed large teams of building surveyors and fire risk assessors undertaking portfolio surveys across the UK.
We provide a highly personal and bespoke service, with an approach that is founded on long term client relationships. All our services are overseen by a Director, ensuring a consistent high quality service.
We have exceptionally strong technical skills and continue to undertake professional training to ensure we offer the latest innovative property solutions.
