About the Business
During this period he changed his RICS Membership to General Practice and now has membership of both building surveying and valuation faculties. He set up his own practice in 1989 based in his home town of Maidstone and now works on specialist valuation and building surveying matters. Terry is a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum Steering Group and sat on the Dilapidations Guidance Note Working Group and the RICS/PLA Dilapidation Protocol Liaison Group.
He is also Chairman of a local land owning charity Loose Amenities Association home of the annual "Loose Duck Races" and spends much of his spare time on fund raising and other events to support the charity. Terry is a keen amateur movie maker and enjoys digital editing and the creation of films for family weddings, baptisms and holidays.
