Our surveys are carried out with a positive approach. Whilst you do need to be fully appraised of any problems or faults, the job of a survey is not necessarily to be negative. Qualities and positive attributes will also be mentioned.
A unique feature of our services is our willingness to visit the property a second time, with you, in order to discuss any implications of the survey report, if required - this second visit being free of charge.
Another feature is our liaison and communication with local estate agents and vendors so that, if there are problems or the need for further investigations, these issues are communicated properly and fully. This often aids the negotiating process. Further, many referrals come to the firm from solicitors and other professions who know to expect a good standard of service and the production of reports which are clear, balanced and easy to understand.
