About the Business
We are based in Wivenhoe, just outside Colchester and offer our services throughout London, the South-East and the East of England. We operate from the converted Wivenhoe Water Tower, a project carried out by SJB Projects during 2009. SJB Projects provides a Quantity Surveying service to Main Contractors and Subcontractors to assist where necessary in the various stages of a project or alternatively for the duration of a contract. These QS functions can be provided at Precontract stage where we can provide takeoffs and bills, general QS site support or Final Account resolution.
SJB Projects also provides a professional quantity surveyor and project management service that covers the project and cost management roles associated with the running of commercial and residential construction projects for developers and self builders. SJB Projects aims to provide this full range of services to suit your requirements, however small or large your project maybe and always at competitve fixed rates.
