Roy Green Chartered Surveyors was formed in 1985 by the late Roy Green FRICS, who was originally a partner in the former, long established, local firm of Whittle, Attenborough & Peach. Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Valuations of residential, commercial & agricultural property for, Buildings Insurance, Inheritance Tax, Matrimonial/Litigation, Banks and other lending institutions. Reports & Surveys, Lease Renewal, Rent Reviews, Schedules of Dilapidations/Condition, Planning and Development. The ethos behind the business remains within the same ethics Roy Green always believed in and that is to provide a professional level of service, communication and commitment to build a strong relationship and reputation within those who we meet.
