We are one of the best known estate agents in Eastbourne, aided by a prominent front line agency office and superb website coverage. We have properties for sale or to rent in Eastbourne and often in areas beyond. Apart from sales and lettings we also offer services to include property management, land & new homes, and formal valuations which are undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors by whom we are regulated.
Property involves big decisions and so we like to get to know our buyers and sellers to make sure they are good decisions. Over a cappuccino or perhaps a lemon tea at our coffee bar we get to know people and that's important.
We know that because well over half of our business is from previous clients or the recommendations of people we have met. We don't have mortgage advisors but we do have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff happy to sit and just chat.
