PHINLAY DESIGN GROUP was established in 2005 by Paul Hetherington BSc (HONS) a fully qualified building surveyor with over 17 years experience in completing domestic and commercial projects as well as several years working as a private practice surveyor. The business has an established client base of local councils, landlords, developers and private individuals. The process of home alterations can be a daunting experience for any homeowner and your queries relating to design ideas, planning law, permitted development, timescale and local authority fees will be fully discussed. Experience is drawn upon to select the most logical and economical building solution incorporating traditional construction or modern techniques using methods sympathetic and in harmony with your property. We provide a cost effective package of planning and building regulation drawings complete with a written builders specification.
