Established in 2007 to provide commercial and domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), floor plans and can also arrange other property reports and surveys. Commercial EPCs are done for shops, schools, nurseries, opticians, health centres, workshops, offices, workshops, factories and other non-domestic properties.
Domestics EPCs are done principally in CH postcodes including Chester, Vicars Cross, Hoole, Upton, Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Neston, Prenton, Bebington, Wallasey, Heswall, Bromborough, Saltney, Shotton, Queensferry, Broughton, Connahs Quay, Flint, Holywell, Mold, Buckley and Bagillt.
