About the Business
The Practice has earned a reputation for its work in the care and conservation of historic buildings, bespoke house design, low energy and sustainable design and the design of animal welfare facilities. In addition to these areas of expertise, the practice offers advice on planning issues, building pathology and expert witnessing. Peter Napier FRICS, IHBC, is a chartered building surveyor with RICS Accreditation in Building Conservation. This accreditation means that he has satisfied the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) that he has proven knowledge and experience in the field of building conservation.
Peter Napier is also a member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and the AECB - the sustainable building association. Hannah Wood joined the practice in 2013. She is a building surveyor reading for a Msc in BuildingSurveying at the Northumbria University.
