About the Business
MPS Construction Consultants, based in Preston, was established in 2003 by Paul Gibson, an RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience working in the building industry. During Paul's career, he has worked for both contractors and later private practice companies, where he has held senior roles. This experience has provided Paul with an extensive and invaluable set of skills and knowledge that enables him to anticipate project challenges and be proactive in finding solutions. Paul has worked on nationwide projects which range in value from Ј100k to Ј100m in various market sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and education.
MPS Construction Consultants continues to work on a range of schemes of varying values, a fact that Paul is particularly proud of. We are a small independent firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who offer the same high level of service to our clients no matter what their size or value of their project.
