Mining Surveys (UK) Ltd, est.1989 and based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, specialise in laser, topographical, hydrographic and as-built surveys using the latest long range laser scanners, survey grade GPS, total stations (conventional and reflectorless) and precise digital levels.
Our long range scanner is particularly suited to slope stability, monitoring of quarry walls and faces, dam walls, hillsides, mountainsides and GIS applications. Laser scanning is ideal for restricted or difficult access surveys such as electricity sub-stations and other utility compounds. Laser scanning is ideal for surveys of areas where it is unsafe to use conventional survey methods.
