About the Business
Michael Godfrey Surveys Ltd is a well established survey practice based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire and Glenrothes, Fife, carrying out topographic surveys and measured building surveys throughout the UK. We also carry out setting out works throughout Scotland from our Fife office.
We have no limitations on the size of surveys we take on - recent work has ranged from simple building and site surveys for private extensions or refurbishments through to several separate land parcels on a multi-million pound project for a major household name developer.
We pride ourselves on our personal supervision on all projects - you will not deal with an administrator, you will deal with a surveyor from start to finish who will be aware of your project and can talk with knowledge and experience about your needs and requirements. Indeed Mike Godfrey, our Managing Director, has over thirty years experience of surveying for the construction and housing industries.
