SurveyUK.co.uk is the website of McGreal-Vance & Associates Ltd. We are a firm of structural engineers / building surveyors who undertake structural reports & building surveys for private individuals, companies, estate agents and developers for mortgage, insurance or private use. We are based in Liverpool and operate in the Merseyside and surrounding areas including, Warrington, St. Helens and the Wirral etc. We also have a building division to carry out any repairs / remedial works.
Our reports are of the highest standard, being very thorough and comprehensive yet still written in "plain english" and produced in a "user-friendly" format. All technical terms are fully explained within a glossary and terms.
