About the Business
Martin Associates is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors that provides technical advice on a wide spectrum of property issues for commercial clients, consultants, local authorities and private individuals.
The firm was established by the sole principal, Iain R. Martin, MRICS, Dip BS, MAPS who has been practising in the area for over 20 years. Based in Inverness Martin Associates are ideally placed to service client requirements across the Scottish Highlands and Islands both efficiently and economically.
As the only specialist building surveying practice in the area we aim to provide clients with professional and impartial advice. All projects are personally overseen by the principal who has considerable experience in working with a variety of clients, consultants and contractors in the area.
