About the Business
London's was formed in 2009 by Ray Clune and Simon White. Previously they both worked for a different company, who suffered during the downturn in the housing market, and they had the unenviable task of establishing a new business in the middle of a recession.
Whilst the economic climate may have been against them, this was the natural step for two men who had only ever worked in surveying property, even though they had just witnessed the demise of their former employer. They knew that they had to ‘strike whilst the iron was hot' though.
So on the afternoon they were made redundant, they started looking for serviced offices. Thanks to their previous positions in the Mayfair office, one of London's most affluent areas, the pair had been dealing with many private banks. They knew they could fill the void that their previous employer had left, and they knew they must do it quickly to avoid losing the work altogether.
