Gordon Mills, Chartered Surveyor and Home Inspector started LHCR in 2005. He has over 30 years experience in Residential Surveying having worked for 25 years as a partner in an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Valuers and Estate Agents in Lincolnshire. John Bennett AssocRICS, a qualified Home Inspector and Energy Assessor joined Gordon in 2006 and together they provide a friendly, competitive and professional service to estate agents, letting agents, solicitors and private clients. Leanne Wells, the most recent member of the team, brings expertise to the Company as a Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessor.
