We provide our clients with detailed, accurate and robust Measured Surveys and Topographical Surveys throughout Somerset and Devon. Levett Surveying was asked to carry out measured building surveys for the East Cowes Waterfront Initiative in the Isle of Wight - a comprehensive regeneration strategy for the Medina Valley. Paul did a fantastic job on our survey, negotiating steep slopes, wooded areas and ponds, and painstakingly noting down the names of all the apples and other trees which I insisted were marked on the plan.
This has proved well worth while as the various trees on the plan help to locate the contours on the land. Having the land surveyed professionally has proved invaluable as a resource for our own planning and the Planning Authorities.
