Lawrence Roper are independent chartered surveyors with in-depth experience in East Anglia and London, specialising primarily in commercial and business premises. We offer a wide range of services and can advise you on all aspects of property acquisition, ownership and occupation.
Lawrence Roper are trusted advisers to clients of all sizes and we operate in accordance with the regulations as laid down by the RICS.
Valerie qualified as a chartered surveyor in London in 1985, although she had been working as a surveyor prior to that. Within six months of her qualification she was made an Assistant Director of one of the major firms in East London. Within two years Valerie was made a full Director. In 1991 she set up her own chartered surveyor practice, acting as a sole practitioner specialising in commercial premises. In addition to being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Valerie is a Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and holds an Honours Degree.
