KS Associates is a family run Quantity Surveying Consultancy providing a comprehensive range of services to the construction industry. We provide both pre-contract and post-contract services to Main contractors, Project Managers, Developers, PQS Practices, Construction Management Companies and large Subcontractors. Since 1999 our team has developed and grown, achieving continued success year-on-year. We believe this success is due to the quality of our support services that provide our clients with the flexibility and confidence they seek. We work in all market sectors and procurement routes on projects up to £500M. We offer a tailored approach to each project we undertake, providing a fixed fee proposal together with the relevant PI Insurance. In January 2013 KS Associates launched a Procurement Consultancy division, KSA Consultants, that is specifically aimed at providing services to Clients and Project Managers.
