About the Business
For his degree placement year he spent 13 months working for the Commercial Estates team at Peterborough City Council doing a mixture of agency, landlord & tenant, management, consultancy and development work. After graduating he joined Storeys:ssp in Leeds primarily doing rating work on a wide variety of properties at locations mainly in Yorkshire but covering most of England.
He also gained further experience in landlord & tenant and valuation. He now carries out a wide range of work including rating, agency, landlord & tenant, building inspections as well as looking after the firms IT systems, office supplies, accounts, vehicle maintenance and website.
