Hexham and Northern Rural (HNR) are able to undertake valuations for all purposes including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Insurance Valuations. The presence of fully qualified Chartered Surveyors within the company also allows for the preparation of Red Book valuations for security purposes and Expert Witness Reports for dispute resolution.
HNR can also carry out independent mortgage valuations, Home Buyers Surveys and free confidential marketing appraisals for all types and sizes of property.
