Our Managing Director, Ian Henderson, has particular expertise in understanding and advising on property disputes and specialises in dilapidations on commercial property. Ian regularly presents cpd events for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the subject and receives appointments as an Expert as well as Arbitrator in commercial disputes on dilapidations. Ian also has extensive experience in undertaking pre-purchase and pre-lease surveys as well as managing, specifying and administering the maintenance, repair, alteration and refurbishment of commercial, industrial and historic buildings.
