About the Business
I established Glyn Shipman Associates in 1997 working from a small office in Accrington. In November 1999, following expansion of the business, I relocated to my present offices on Preston New Road in Blackburn's commercial centre.
I have been surveying in the area for over twenty years and during my career I have been fortunate enough to gain a very broad experience of the profession generally. I do specialize in the valuation and survey of residential property but my experience includes commercial property, rating, planning and compulsory purchase matters, and I am also able to offer litigation advise concerning building and boundary disputes.
