The company was founded in 2001 and has maintained a personal service to our clients ever since. All our work comes from word of mouth or recommendation, and we do not advertise. The company is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and we work with professionalism and integrity on every project, to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. As a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we are bound by the Institution's Rules of Conduct. Our services cover residential and commercial property of all types.
Our clients currently include a mix of private individuals, commercial organisations, managing agents, property development companies, and architects. The aim of the practice is to provide the best possible service to any client for whom we undertake work. We are always happy to discuss any particular building related matter and would always prepare a specific fee quotation, tailored to the client's requirements.
