GD Surveyors Ltd (GDS) are Chartered Building Surveyors and Property Consultants based in Kent and Sussex, with specialisms in the Social Housing and Insurance sectors. With our core disciplines of Building Surveying, Project Management and CDM Coordination, we are able to offer clients a wide range of property consultant services from surveys and defect analysis through to design & contract administration for multi-million pound refurbishment, extension and new build schemes. GDS can provide architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical consultancy services in isolation or as part of a multi-disciplinary project team which ensures we can fully meet a client's brief and aspirations for their project.
