About the Business
We have been privately involved in Property Investing since 2002 and it has been a very interesting and rewarding journey.
After building our own Property Investment Portfolio, and many requests to help other do the same, we started Forsite Properties. We work with potential or current investors, wanting to build their own portfolios and make a good living for themselves.
We have built teams of Property Sourcing Associates who scour the UK for possibilities.
When they have found a potential property, they provide a comprehensive report on each one, containing the positive and negative attributes, photographs of the exterior and interior, and any other relevant details that a buyer needs to make a in buying decision.
These properties are shared to our investors for their consideration.
We have also built teams of people all over the UK who can take care of decorating or maintenance that a property needs after it has been sold to one of our clients. I call them our Power Team. They are all local to each area.
