About the Business
ESS is a multi-disciplined practice providing a professional consultancy service throughout the building/construction industry. Established in 1982 initially to provide Post and Pre- contractual quantity surveying services to general building contractors and registered architects.
Since then the practice has expanded to cater for the general public, private developers commercial and leisure theme park industry, in providing detailed cost analysis on proposed new developments, refurbishment, planned maintenance and major internal office re-fits.
Our policy: commitment and continuous professional development set to the highest standards with full chartership recognition, together with over thirty years experience, allowing us to provide a comprehensive consultancy service within the building/construction industry.
