As a chartered building surveying practice we provide a range of services required by the residential and commercial property markets. Specialising energy surveying we provide assessments fro EPCs, SAP & Part L of the Building Regulations, the Code for Sustainable Homes and a range of building surveys for existing buildings and new developments. Our technicians are qualified and accredited to issue certification in all the following fields, Code for Sustainable Homes, EPC, SBEM, SAP and RICS Building Surveys & Valuations.
We also provide a wide range of support services assisting clients to develop sites acting a project management role. We will coordinate architects, engineers and planning consultants to realise your dream of a new home or to maximise the possibility of land that you may wish to develop.
