About the Business
Our team are dedicated to delivering professional service and are proud of the personal service we provide our clients. Paul attended Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne and De Montfort University, Milton Keynes before becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. Paul became a Partner with Edward Watson Associates in 2004, and became Principal in 2009. He has over 13 years experience in residential and commercial property matters. Edward attended the College of Estate Management, London, becoming a partner with Edward Watson and Sons in 1973.
Helen attended Sheffield Hallam University. Helen has been working for the firm since 2003 firstly as a Graduate Surveyor after finishing University. In 2010 she transferred to the management side of the business. Her time spent as a Graduate Surveyor, has given her a fuller understanding of surveying practice, and enables her to deal with our clients needs more efficiently.
