The DWA team of qualified Chartered Surveyors and Accredited Energy Assessors bring their attention to detail to both commercial and residential surveys. Our residential services include mortgage valuations, homebuyers reports and measured building surveys. And our commercial surveys include valuations, lease plans, as built plans, dilapidations and schedules of condition.
DWA are more than just surveyors. We have clients with large scale residential, commercial and industrial schemes, and licensed and retail developments. Advising them is one of our core skills. We liaise with local authorities, can diagnose defects and limit liabilities, highlight long-term problems and assess the suitability of use for a building.
