We specialise also in providing detailed surveys upon all types of residential properties for private clients and also Solicitors. All Reports are prepared by Chartered Surveyors, who have at least 20 years experience.
As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, we are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The firm is founded on the principles of honesty, integrity and impartial advice.
Bushells & Benstead of Park Street, Lytham also form part of the Duxburys Bushell Benstead LLP and specialise in providing detailed Building Surveys, which provides detailed advice to the prospective Purchaser on the nature and extent of any likely remedial work.
