About the Business
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. The practice is lead by David Nicholls, BSc MRICS who from leaving school all he ever wanted to be was a Chartered Surveyor. Following studies at Manchester and Nottingham, he was awarded a Degree in Urban Estate Surveying and subsequently became a Chartered Surveyor. Experience was gained with Commission for New Towns, Bradford & Bingley Building Society and Black Horse Surveyors. In 1999 he decided to set up his own business and forged links with the Allied Surveyors network. A national company made up of independent surveying practices throughout the UK. The practice covers most of Lancashire and the northern and eastern areas of Greater Manchester (old Lancashire).
