David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors offers services ranging from Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports through to Valuations for all purposes and Expert Witness Reports. Our services, however, are not limited to just those aspects. We cover Leasehold Enfranchisement (residential lease extensions) and Collective Freehold Purchases under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Party Wall Agreements (under the Party Wall etc Act 1996), boundary disputes, dilapidations, landlord and tenant issuses, planning and architectural services, specifications and project management and most building surveying and valuation services of whatever nature.
