Phil is an expert in project management within the engineering and construction industries, and founded Cooper & Hall with Graham Hall in 2002. His specialist skills include construction planning and programming, project management and insolvency recovery.
Phil is the director responsible primarily for providing commercial, contractual and surveying services to insolvency practitioners. He also handles any planning and project management requirements for clients. In addition, Phil is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, and is the director responsible for Health and Safety.
With over 25 years' experience in heavy engineering and cladding, Phil has worked on high profile projects including Canary Wharf and Drax Power Station in previous positions.
