Land Commercial Surveyors have been trading since 1989 and during this time we have acted as surveyors /advisors for many prestigious clients. As Barclays Bank Commercial Panel Surveyors we have carried out surveys for the banks customers for many years.
Our pricing is always competitive and the speed and level of service that we offer clients is first class. Our client base is wide ranging and includes PLC clients such as Holding and Barnes PLC, Development Securities PLC, Higgins Group PLC, London and Regional PLC as well as Housing Associations including Peabody Trust and Gateway Housing.
We also work with some of the big property companies such as Freshwater Group, CBRE, Marcus King & Co, Spicer Haart to name a few.
