About the Business
The business is owned by Dario Di-Felice MCIOB, who has over 30 years experience in quantity surveying and commercial positions. His experience has been gained by working for private individuals and businesses, property developers (at local, regional, and group level), sub-contractors, main contractors (regional, national and international companies), Local Authority and other organisations, either as an employee or through his own consultancy. He has been involved with projects in the commercial, retail, offices, NHS, MOD, Local Authority and residential sectors, and has great experience in design & build, collaboratively working with Clients and their advisors, and national frameworks including MOD and NHS Procure 21.
The Building Options team have worked together for many years and are extremely skilled and experienced in our respective disciplines, can integrate with others at all levels, and have proven track records.
