About the Business
David left college and moved south from Falkirk, Scotland in 1989 to work in a Buckinghamshire Building Surveying Practice.
David achieved his Chartered Building Surveyor qualification in 1993 and, before setting up his own Building Surveying practice in Thame in 2000, was employed as a Chartered Building Surveyor in private practice and then in a nationwide surveying firm to help grow the architectural side of the business. David also took two years out to work as an insurance Loss Adjuster, working on fire, flood, subsidence and heave damaged properties.
David keeps himself active, keeping his children occupied, walking, open water swimming, cycling, running and doing the occasional triathlon. Surfing is the latest hobby, but time is spent mostly falling off the board!
