Formed in 1985 by David Ambrose who is a surveyor with over 30 years experience of property. Dealing with all property matters, both residential and commercial, we can offer an efficient personal service to cope with your property needs. We specialise in all types of valuations, with specific emphasis on valuations for lease extensions and for residents wishing to buy the freeholds of their flats, and can offer advice through all the various stages. We are also able to assist you with your house purchase by providing Building Surveys or Homebuyer Reports and can advise you on general building matters.
We can also deal with commercial matters such as rent reviews, least renewals and valuations of shops, offices and industrial properties and give general advice, where required, on all aspects. We also offer development and investmenat advice in respect of residential and commercial matters and carry out appraisals and acquisitions together with portfolio management.
