Belstone Property Consultants is a trading name of Belstone Property Services and was established in 1992 in order to provide independent property advice to occupiers of commercial property, on development / regeneration projects and corporate real estate / professional work for private and coporate clients. The Company is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK and since its inception has worked on projects throughout the UK for clients ranging from government agencies and major retailers to occupiers of commercial property. The principal Director is Michael J Relf BSc (Hons), MRICS, CBIFM who spent sixteen years on the client side acquiring and developing sites for retail D.I.Y stores prior to being appointed as Estates Director at Booker plc where he was responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of over 600 retail, manufacturing and distribution properties prior to founding Belstone Property Consultants.
