We are an independent, specialist firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers, advising and assisting property owners and building occupiers across all market sectors. We have a commercial and focused approach to managing refurbishment, development and fitting out projects, and advising clients on professional matters.
Every project is Director-led, ensuring our clients are always best placed to make informed decisions. It has been another busy and successful quarter for APS, both in respect of projects and professional consultancy. A number of projects have been delivered successfully and new instructions have been received.
